Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing first-class
service to all customers, implementing structure and procedures in our support
desk department, dealing with highly-technical issues and effectively
communicating them to technical and non-technical users/partners/staff,
identifying problems and presenting and implementing amicable solutions, and
managing customer support queues.
Requirements
* Friendly, communicative personality
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal
and written)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid- or
senior-level customer support position
* Bookkeeping knowledge
* Microsoft network support (mapped drives, shared
printers, troubleshooting)
Nice-to-haves
* Business, bookkeeping, communications, or other
applicable diploma or degree
Experience with:
* Crystal Reports
* Sage BusinessVision
* GAAP
* Medical office procedures
