As the General Manager, financial controller, BusinessVision demonstration and sales, BVEssentials Partner training and support, testing and bug management, Al is a very hands on kind of guy. |

Peter ReimerVP Operations, Director of DevelopmentPeter is the Operations Manager and development manager working closely with our software developers and contractors in feature design, testing and bug management, documentation, demonstrations, training and support. He is in charge of Clinic Essentials and somehow, he even manages to chip in on the BVEssentials division and Crystal Reports. |

James EmertonSr. Software EngineerJames first worked for Tri Tech as a technician in 1997 before leaving to pursue a career in software development. In Jan 2001 he returned to Tri Tech to work on the Clinic Essentials product. At one point, he was asked to write "a little tool" to fix a problem with BusinessVision data and BVEssentials was born! James enjoys outdoor activities such as back country hiking and camping. |

She's also involved with custom reports and form development for BV and BVE. Tanya has a diploma in Network Administration, and has taken numerous BusinessVision and management courses. |

He'll recommend which features will address these needs and uses tools like Crystal Reports to address these requirements. |
